◆The sealing faces of body and seat are isolated from medium when fully opened or fully closed, and
the corrosion of sealing face of valve will not be caused when the medium passes through at speed
◆The valve adopts automatic positioning with a compacted structure, which ensures maintaining right
operating differential pressure, seal control and easy maintenance, and avoids the defect that the valve
is unworkable after extremely compacted resulting from installation.
◆There is an antistatic design between valve ball and valve body, and an anti-shedding design for valve
stem, with double-layer valve stem packing, two pieces of disc springs and reliable seal. The double
-layer packing conforms to the requirements of valve stem leakage test of German TA-Luft .
◆With a flexible self-sealing structure, double-beveling elastic soft seat is designed for effectively
decreasing the friction between valve ball and ball seat, and reducing operating torque. A relatively-
large sealing forceload existed between valve ball and valve seat for ensuring a reliable seal in the
condition of low pressure. The thrust of medium makes the contact surface between valve ball and
valve seat enlarged when medium pressure rises, and a reliable seal can be also ensured.
